Positive: This place was in a quiet setting about 10 mins from Kerikeri. It had everything we wanted plus more. It is as the name says "A cut above". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Negative: There was a small step up into each of the bedroom spaces which could be a trip hazard to be aware of especially if you have elderly people in your party.
